「ダルバート食堂」さんで、ダサインのお祝いにスペシャルプレートを用意されました。週末のディナータイムに完全予約制での宴でした。ラビン君の獅子奮迅の働きぶりに、皆さん静かにプレートの登場を待ちました。

食後には、पञ्चामृत Panchamrit パンチャムリットも供され、
チヤも頂きました。
Panchamrit についての Ama Nepali の Facebook の説明を引用すると、
Panchamrit. An essential offering in any puja, the panchamrit is a mix of five | pancha amrits | ambrosias. Milk, pure, of the cow, traditionally in raw form. Ghee,the essential fat content clarified from cow milk. Yogurt, the bacteria-transformed form of, again, cow milk. Sakkhar or jaggery when available, substituted with cane sugar in contemporary kitchens. Maha | honey, preferably raw. These five are stirred together to form an emulsified liquid formulation and offered as a welcome drink to the Gods upon their arrival on the puja platform. At the conclusion of a puja, the drink is shared with family and friends as an act of benediction.
Each of the five elements in the panchamrit is an essential dietary building block. Combined, they are likely to have the effect of ambrosia, sustaining the immortality of the Gods and a healthy, one-hundred-year life for mortals.
